The industrial park also houses the West Frankfort Business Incubator. The West Frankfort Business Incubator, recognized as one of the Illinois’s better business incubators, is located in the West Frankfort Industrial Park. The incubator is located on 16 acres and has over 185,000 square feet of floor space. The Incubator is conveniently located just one half (1/2) mile from access to I-57 and Illinois Hwy 149. The building has truck docks with good loading and off loading capabilities with overhead doors and outside covered areas.  The building is divided into suites that can be used individually or combined to make larger areas, based on availability. Asphalted parking areas are available to incubator clients.  Individual business utilities are available, as well as 3-phase electrical service in some areas.
